The period under examination for this case study was from June 2018 to September 2018.

The Challenge

Due to the large discounts, the profit margin is low for BrandsGalaxy and so our team had to search/find new users with the lowest possible CPA.

The Implementation:

The analysis we made before we went to the campaigns had two strands:

The first concerned a Life Time Value (LTV) analysis with offline customer data, to understand, over a year, how much the CPA should be to make the investment profitable.

 The second was an online data analysis to find common features with the largest Conversion Rate (CR) Value, but also with the highest repeatability.

Based on the above, we designed the targeting of the campaigns. To reach goals at the least cost, we chose to optimize campaigns through Google Display & Video 360.
