The Challenge

Due to the substantial discounts, the profit margin was low for brandsGalaxy. This led our team to explore strategies that would attract new subscribers while also maintaining the lowest possible CPA.

The Implementation:

The analysis we made before we went to the campaigns had two strands:

The first concerned a Life Time Value (LTV) analysis with offline customer data, to understand, over a year, how much the CPA should be to make the investment profitable.

The second was an online data analysis to find common features with the largest Conversion Rate (CR) Value, but also with the highest repeatability.

Based on the above, we designed the targeting of the campaigns. To reach goals at the least cost, we chose to optimize campaigns through Google Display & Video 360.

  • Run ads in extended inventory for maximum reach

  • Minimize overlaps across campaigns’ target audiences
